Sam Thompson has been supported by his friends and fans as he appeared emotional while sharing his 'first ever' television advert on social media.
The former Made in Chelsea star has become a regular on screens after winning I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here in 2023. While he already had his hosting gig on Hits Radio and the podcast he co-hosts with Pete Wicks, Sam has continued to add more strings to his bow.

He's now revealed he's being lined up for adverts and has teamed up with Subway for his first TV campaign. Alongside the advertisement for Subway, he wrote on Instagram: "Losing at lunch? I’m on a mission to help lunch lovers up their game and savour every second of their favourite Subs. Lunch is back on the menu, who’s with me? #Subway."
Sam also kicked off the post by saying: "My first ever TV ad [face holding back tears emoji]. What an honour!" Sister Louise was among those to respond, writing in the comments: "I have never been a sandwich person, but I could be now."
I'm A Celeb co-star and former boxer Tony Bellow showed his support by posting the clapping and flame emojis in the comments section and Rochelle Humes, the wife of another of Sam's I'm A Celeb pals Marvin, also shared a number of clapping emojis underneath the post.
Fans were also quick to show their support. @dianabarnett1 said: "Fantastic Sam. We need to see more of you on tv. A game show hosted by you and @p_wicks01 is what the public need." @naomi061291 wrote: "Literally the best ad we’re proud of you Sam @samthompsonuk."

@jlstostayingrelevant commented: "This is amazing!!!!! I'm so proud of you @samthompsonuk." @aimeegeorgiia replied: "Yes!! Love this!" @melanie.goody__ posted: "Go on sam you deserve all the luck and the happiness in the world." @byron_ferrari_ added: "Nice one, Sam. Good to see you doing good!"
It comes after Sam branded Marvin and Rochelle as his 'family' before attending JLS star Marvin's 40th birthday celebrations over the weekend alongside best pal Pete.
After Marvin marked his huge milestone birthday on Tuesday (March 18) before a big party, organised by Rochelle, at The Savoy in London on Saturday (March 22), it was Rochelle's birthday and Marvin took to Instagram with a gushing tribute.
Alongside pictures and videos of the This Morning star, which showed Rochelle working on her own to them together as a couple and as a family with their three young children, Marvin wrote: "Today is the birthday of the love of my life. Rochy, look at all that you’ve achieved in your 36 years!

"It’s actually unbelievable. The amount of career paths you’ve had and absolutely smashed them all. Our three children that you have grown and raised. The standards that you have set for every aspect of what you do in your life. Truly mind blowing. You are a powerhouse and I’m so proud of you and all that you’ve achieved.
"Honestly there’s not a day that goes by where you don’t amaze me. I’m just grateful that I’m there by your side to witness all your successes. This life is a journey with ups and down and twists and turns and we manage to navigate our way through with the most important value, love. Our love knows no bounds, it is unconditional."
And the post caught Sam's attention as he took to the comments section and emotionally replied: "Happy birthday @rochellehumes !! You’re literally my family and I love you," alongside a string of red heart emojis.
