@tdstelecom This happens regularly. What “looking into it” are you going to do? Your programming on your STB is garbage. It sits in this state until I reboot the STB. Seriously regretting taking TV thru your company.

@WISPAnews Nope. Provider has 60 days to respond to the challenge and try and work out a solution with the individual who challenged the coverage claim. Starlink never responded and it's looking like UScellular won't either as usual.This is why we hate @tdstelecom and @UScellular

@tdstelecom Sent. Appreciate the intentionality to help, yet skeptical that it will lead to any benefit for the client. Pretty clear based on response from employees that TDS has rigid policies that unfortunately lead to situations when the client is penalized due to error from the company.

Turns out that when @tdstelecom makes errors that leads to disruption of services, over a period that you have already paid for your serivces, leaving you without internet for a week without resolution in sight, prompting switching to @GetSpectrum, THEY DO NOT REIMBURSE! (1/3)

@tdstelecom hi we used to have internet and phone through your company at my job. We cancelled it and even received a refund for 65 bucks on the last bill after we sent in the router, but for some reason your company hasn't come and disconnected the phone service. So ppl trying
